BACARDI Cuba Libre
Ideal for celebrating together
One of the world’s favourite cocktails was first made with BACARDI rum in August 1900. Soldiers celebrating Cuban independence together at The American Bar, Neptuno Street, Havana, Cuba, mixed BACARDI rum, cola and fresh lime and raised their glasses to toast a free Cuba – Cuba Libre! Now that’s bar knowledge.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 50ml BACARDI Superior rum
- 150ml cola
- ½ fresh lime, pressed into the glass
Instructions:
- Half fill a highball glass with cubed ice
- Press the juice from half a lime and drop into the glass
- Add BACARDI Superior rum
- Top up with cola and stir
- Celebrate with friends.
